Passionate about the business of orthodontics, when Tracy’s not speaking at regional and national conferences or hosting Straight Consulting’s signature TC or Marketing Mastery Courses, you’ll find her on the road, in offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.

  • We’ll kick things off with a quick dive into generational demographics. 
  • ​We'll unpack how generations impact the industries they touch, starting with a quick journey through the lives of the Baby Boomers.
  • ​Then we'll move things ahead to the next generational wave, Generation Y, also known as Millennials.
  • ​From there, we'll showcase generational traits of both the "Zillennial" microgeneration, as well as Generation Z, or the "Zennials."

  • Part 2: “If You Build It, They Will Close”
