Why We Often Fail 5-Minute Friday

As humans, we are always striving to improve ourselves, be more productive, and achieve greater success in all areas of our lives.

But unfortunately, we often fail.

The reason for this lies in understanding the two zones we live in: The Practice Zone and The Performance Zone.

The practice zone is the state in which an individual/team is fully engaged in the process of learning and absorbing new information. This learning zone is characterized by a willingness to take risks, make mistakes, and experiment with new ideas without the fear of failure.

On the other hand, the performance zone is a state in which an individual is fully focused on the task at hand and performing to the best of their abilities without many errors.

We fail because we often skip the practice zone and try to go directly to the performance zone.

Tune in to this 5-Minute Friday episode to learn about the practice and performance zones!
