About six months ago, I embarked on a personal journey that brought the concept of healthspan to the forefront of my life.

I had the privilege of consulting with Dr. Jeffrey Galvin, a former fraternity brother turned Air Force trauma doctor turned concierge medicine friend from Charlotte.

What followed were two days of comprehensive health assessments that I had never experienced before.
